On August 29, 1989, the Planning Commission approved three
Major Use Permit Modifications for Bethlehem Lutheran Church,
st. Andrew's Episcopal Church and Scripps Memorial Hospital
per the Old Er.cini tas Community Advisory Board recommendation.

with the condition that the proj ect may exceed the height
envelope a maximum to 27~ ft. in height for the west roof of
the north unit, with other heights remaining the same relative
thereto.
