DESCRIPTION: Major Use Permit amendment to allow use
of a lot adjacent to exiting church
complex for a once yearly outdoor festival
lasting 2 1/2 days.
ENVIRONMENTAL
STATUS: Exempt per Section 15304(e) of CEQA.
Motion: Board Member Mark steyaert - To approve 89-131 MUP
8 MOD with staff conditions and that the festival can
be held elsewhere on the site and be limited to once
per calendar year (instead of the first weekend in
August).

the following condition:
Return with fence redesigns to be cut back a minimum
of 10 ft. from the south corner of the property and

and vines planted along the fence at the next Old
Encinitas Community Advisory Board meeting on July
27, 1989.

Motion: Board Member Mark Steyaert - To continue 89-116 MIN
to August 17, 1989 to allow the applicants to
clarify the status of the second dwelling over the
garage and to redesign the site plan to include
adequate parking.
