Associate Planner Tom Curriden informed the Old Encinitas
Community Advisory Board that Boundary Adjustment 87-202 on
the south side of Encinitas Boulevard between Rosebay Drive
and Delphinium street was approved by the City Council on June
14, 1989.

subject to the garage being moved 6" to the north.
If the applicant wishes to move the garage further
north than 6", that request will be taken favorably
into consideration in order to avoid a need for a
variance to a standard turning radius.
