DR/EIA with the following conditions:
1. Add 2 additional palms of 15' Browns to the
east side of the house.
2. Place a minimum 15 gallon street tree to the
North Parkway.

it was suggested that the shrubs are the types
that will grow approximately 3-4 feet in
height.

3. Return with revised irrigation plan for staff
approval provided that no irrigation system

setback.
