a. Planning Commission approved an appeal filed by Louise
Dickson for a variance on a 2-car garage encroachment
into side and rear yard setbacks.
b. Planning Commission administrative hearing on 87-202
BA/CC continued to 3/28/89 for additional submittal
information.

5. CLOSING AND ADOPTION OF CONSENT CALENDAR
Motion: Board Member Kauflin - To accept and adopt the
Consent Calendar with the following revisions:
Correction of "Allen" Birnbaum to "Adam".
Second: Board Member Tobias

DESCRIPTION: Design Review and Variance request to
allow an 8 ft. wall within the front yard
setback.

STATUS: Exempt per Section 153 of Section CEQA.
Motion: Mark Steyaert - To approve 88-315 DR with the
following conditions: Allow the north side of the
wall to be 6'6" going north to where the gate motor
is located, and from that point transitioning down
to 42" height limit as the remaining gate reaches
the northerly property line.

the associated Negative Declaration with the added

be submitted and approved by the Community Advisory
Board prior to building permit issuance.

to the next regularly scheduled meeting of this
Community Advisory Board to be held Thursday, March
23, 1989.
