Plan's designation of property north of Encinitas Boulevard
and west of Quail Gardens Drive is inappropriate as R-5.
5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Hotion: Kauflin - To approve the minutes for the meeting of
January 19, 1989, with the following revision:
Correct spelling of Birnbawn to "Birnbaum."
