2. City Council's introduction of Ordinance 88-29 to
establish the Planning Commission separate from the
Community Advisory Board.
3. Planning Commission denied B.B. O'Briens Sports Bar 88-
109 MUP/DR/EIA on November 15, 1988.
4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Tim Tadaro (684 Arden Drive) addressed concerns of heavy
commuter traffic and noise along Requeza and inquired about
what traffic alternatives are being considered.

conditions:
I} Soften the concrete with 6 inch square tile;
2} Transplanting existing street trees;
3) Replace the parkway with flowering canopy
trees;
4) Incorporate the landscaping elements of the
alley along the alley and rear elevations at
corners and in the center.
5} Adding Boston Ivy to buildings.
6} Incorporation of skylight in central courtyard
area.
