through Public Works - requests information from staff.

exceeding the two story height
limitation of section 4610 of the
Zoning Ordinance.
ENVIRONMENTAL
STATUS: If the variance is denied, CEQA does
not apply. If the required findings

height will be included in the
processing of the subsequent
development proposed pursuant to CEQA.
