Bethlehem Lutheran Church application has been
approved by the Planning Commission on July 26.
B. Announcement that the following materials have been
distributed to the Community Advisory Board: Variance
findings from other cities, and Main Street Design
Manual.

lot.
ENVIRONMENTAL
STATUS: A Negative Declaration of
Environmental Impact has been
previously advertised and noticed,
which must be certified in
conjunction with the development
proposal.
Motion: Nancy Rollman - To approve the Design Review and
Authority to Exceed Interim Height application, with the
following conditions: to preserve the existing Torrey Pine
and Monterey Pine trees, to construct all fencing from
wood compatible with building design, to delete the
proposed wall within the 40' rear yard setback and replace
with appropriate landscaping, and to ensure that all
exterior lighting shall reflect downward.
