A resolution has been placed for review before the board members regarding the Quail Park application. 4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS No oral communications. 5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion: Harry Couglar - To approve the minutes for the meeting of June 9, 1988, with the following revision: 8 JK/05/CAB8-796wp 6(6/27/88) Change item 6.E. to reflect that the improvements required for the said asphalt walkway shall be installed on the north and south sides of the project. . ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Draft Negative Declaration prepared. Motion: Tony Kauflin - To recommend approval of the application with the following conditions: 1. A landscaped berm, provided with a drip irrigation system, ranging from 24" to 30" shall be located 8 along the Balour street frontage; 2. A wood fence shall be erected to enclose the trash area; 3.
