STATUS: Exempt per Section 15311(a) of CEQA
Motion: Nancy Rollman - To approve the application
request for the amendment to the subject sign program with
the following conditions: the Shell insignia on the north
elevation of the Big Bear store shall have the "car wash"
lettering removed, the revised proposed tenant sinage be
approved at 48 sq. ft. and shall have the site address
placed on the base of the subject sign, and the "Big Bear"
sign shall be removed from the subj ect monument sign to
allow for more tenant sinage.

STATUS: Exempt per Section 15301 of CEQA
Motion: Tony Kauflin - To approve the project with the
following changes: to not require the recommended
installation of a street light or improved sidewalk and
gutter, but to require the existing asphalt walkway on the
south and north side of the project site to be re-surfaced
and smoothed.
