Announcement to the Community Advisory Board that the review session for the General Plan Community Design Standards has been resecheduled from June 11 to June 18. 2. DESCRIPl'ION: Design Review and authority to exceed interim height envelope for a Planned Residential Development containing 29 detached single family residences. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Environmental Impact Report previously certified by the County of San Diego in conjunction with the approved subdivision map and use permit for subject property. (Continuance to June 23, 1988 requested by applicant.) Motion: Gail Hano - To approve the project, allowing the 8 applicant to use the existing grading ordinance and grading plan, and to accept the design modifications. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Exempt per Section 15311(a) of CEQA Motion: Nancy Rollman - To approve the application request for the amendment to the subject sign program with the following conditions: the Shell insignia on the north elevation of the Big Bear store shall have the "car wash" lettering removed, the revised proposed tenant sinage be approved at 48 sq. ft. and shall have the site address placed on the base of the subject sign, and the "Big Bear" sign shall be removed from the subj ect monument sign to allow for more tenant sinage. 8 Second: Gail Hano Vote: Ayes - Couglar, Hano, Kauflin, Rollman D. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Exempt per Section 15301 of CEQA Motion: Tony Kauflin - To approve the project with the following changes: to not require the recommended installation of a street light or improved sidewalk and gutter, but to require the existing asphalt walkway on the south and north side of the project site to be re-surfaced and smoothed.
