ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Environmental Impact Report previously certified by the County of San Diego in conjunction with the approved subdivision map and use permit for subject property. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Motion: Tony Kauflin - To recommend to the Planning Commission denial of the project, as per staff recommendations, due to the inability of the community Advisory Board to make the required findings for the Major Use Permit. Motion: Harry Couglar - To continue the item to June 9, 1988 in order to address the following concerns: Trellis to be located over the window on the east elevation of the existing structure in order to enhance privacy, to ensure the external use of building materials is consistent between the existing and proposed structures, place an additional window on the north elevation of the proposed structure, reinstate the window ini tially shown on the south elevation of the proposed structure, and revise the landscape plan to include trees on the earthen banks along Dewitt street and on the northeast corner of the site.
