ANNOUNCEMENTS Staff announcement that 87-159 DR, Density Compatibility study, for Harrison was appealed to Planning Commission, where Community Advisory Board's denial was upheld, and has now been appealed to the City Council. staff announcement that Community Advisory Board's approval of the Seaside Bazaar Minor Use Permit has been appealed to the Planning Commission for the May 10 hearing. 4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS No Oral Communication. 5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion: Tony Kauflin - To approve the minutes for the meeting of April 21, 1988, with the following revisions: Correct spelling of IIKauflin" in Item 5, and lit JK/04/CAB8-680wp 6(5/23/88-1) correction to show Hano as abstaining in Item 7- C. 8 Second: Gail Hano Ayes - Couglar, Hano, Kauflin, Rollman, Tobias Vote: 6. APPROVAL AND ADOPTION OF CONSENT CALENDAR Not Applicable 7. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. CASE NUMBER: 88-078 ADP APPLICANT: Royce LOCATION: 55 "I" street DESCRIPTION: Density compatibility determination for the proposed construction of an additional single family dwelling on a site presently containing one single family dwelling. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15306 of the state 8 CEQA Guidelines. Motion: Nancy Rollman - To approve the Density Compatibility study based on the findings as presented in the staff report. Second: Tony Kauflin Vote: Ayes - Couglar, Hano, Kauflin, Rollman, Tobias B. CASE NUMBER: 88-049 TPM APPLICANT: Loraux LOCATION: 213 Seeman Drive DESCRIPTION: Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide a 2.2 acre site into four parcels, approximately 1/2 acre in each size. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Categorically exempt, Section 15315 of the State CEQA Guidelines. 8 JK/04/CAB8-680wp 7(5/23/88-1) Motion: Nancy Rollman - To approve the item based on the findings contained in the draft resolution 8 with the following changes: To impose a covenant requiring future owners of the four subject lots to not oppose the future formation of assessment districts for right-of- way and sewer improvements. To revise Item C-1-1 to state that improvements to Seeman Drive do not have to be made at this time; and That the word "sidewalk" be struck from heading "D". ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15306 of the state CEQA Guidelines. Motion: Tony Kauflin - to deny without prejudice the application. Second: Nancy Rollman Vote: Ayes - Couglar, Hano, Kauflin, Rollman, Tobias D. CASE NUMBER: 88-106 ADP APPLICANT: Kare Development LOCATION: 484 Requeza Street DESCRIPTION: Density compatibility interpretation 8 JK/04/CAB8-680wp 8(5/23/88-1) for a planned residential development on a site of approximately 3.75 acres. ENVIRONMENTAL It STATUS: Exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15306 of the State CEQA Guidelines. Motion: Gail Hano - To continue the item to May 19, 1988, directing the applicant to revise the density compatibility study, including only the nearest twenty developed lots within the RV-11 Zone, and excluding the senior apartments.
