Additional time presentations of individual speakers are
generally limited to 3 minutes and time for organized
presentations may be requested and will be at the discretion of
the Chair.

Motion: Peter Tobias - To continue the item to April 21,
1988, in order to address the conerns on the
Community Advisory Board.

and discussion of characteristics and objectives unique to
the Community.

of the Old Encinitas Community Advisory Board (CAB) by filing
the appeal within ten (10) working days after the hearing
through the office of the City Clerk, City of Encinitas, 527
Encinitas Boulevard, Encinitas, CA 92024.
