CASE NUMBER: 87-049 TPM APPLICANT: Loraux LOCATION: 213 Seeman Drive DESCRIPTION: Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide a 2.2 acre site into four parcels, approximately 1/2 acre each in size. II ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Categorically exempt, Section 15315 of the State CEQA Guidelines. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Categorically exempt, Section 15311(a) of the State CEQA Guidelines. MOVED: Nancy Rollman - to deny the Variance for reasons of inability to make findings, and to approve the Design Review application allowing the sign to be located outside the site-distance area. CASE NUMBER: 88-010 MUP/DR APPLICANT: Scripps Memorial Hospital LOCATION: 354 Santa Fe Drive DESCRIPTION: Major Use Permit amendment and Design Review for the placement of a mobile resonance imaging unit trailer within the parking area of the hospital. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: categorically exempt, Section 15301 of the State CEQA Guidelines. MOVED: Tony Kauflin - to approve the application with the conditions that the fence to be used for screening be of fiber-mesh construction and must be removed and stored out of site whenever the truck is not present, and that the ornamental pear trees and shrubs be continued along the Santa Fe parkway area to provide additional screening. Additionally, the CAB requests that the applicant return within two years to submit plans to relocate 8 the mobile facility.
