Moved: Gail Hano - to approve the application with the
conditions that a covenant be recorded notifying
all future owners of the subject units that two
licensed kennels are in operation in the
vicinity, which may persist indefinitely, and to
delete the last sentence of conditions four,
five, and six of the draft resolution.

DESCRIPTION: Design Review for 25 proposed single family
residences within a planned residential development.
ENVIRONMENTAL
STATUS: Staff has prepared a Negative Declaration of
Environmental Impact for this project, along with the
associated Major Use Permit, and Tentative Subdivision Map
Applications.
Moved: Gail Hano - to approve the project with the
conditions to substitute other colors for the
proposed peach and grey, plant trees as per
revised landscape plan, add extra trim on
buildings as per revised interior elevations,
and to construct a wood fence on the western
boundary of the property.

DESCRIPTION: Design review for the proposed construction
of a duplex.
ENVIRONMENTAL
STATUS: Categorically exempt pursuant to Section
15303(b).
Moved: Peter Tobias - to approve the project with the
following conditions: the inner garage doors be
removed and replaced with a window, that a fence
divide the courtyard lengthwise to a point not
beyond the end of the buildings, to install
sliding doors on both units, allowing access to
said courtyard, install windows on the second
floors of the courtyard elevations of both
buildings, to install bay window on west
elevation facing Arcadia Street, to execute
covenant guaranteeing public improvements, and
to return with a landscape plan addressing
8 issues raised at hearing.

9. ADJOURNMENT
