regarding "off-site" signage for the Shell oil Company.

chairperson. No action may legally be taken on such non-
agenda items, such items will be referred to the Planning
staff.

ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Negative Declaration prepared
for Community Advisory Board certification.

change to bring dormers into conformance
with colored renderings (not to extend
above roof peak), to more fully landscape
the west elevation, to replace proposed
masonry wall with a wood fence, and to
preserve the mature cypress tree on-site.
