DESCRIPTION: Major Use Permit and Environmental
Initial Assessment for the proposed construction of an
approximately 12,000 square foot commercial center
- containing restaurant and retail uses and a proposed
valet parking program, within the C-42 zone.

review pursuant to section 15301(k) of the state CEQA
Guidelines.
