DESCRIPTION: Application to permit construction of a beach
access stairway

recommendations.

LOCATION: 345 First street, Old Encinitas
DESCRIPTION: Application for the construction of a 48,75
sq. ft. monument directory sign for Moonlight Plaza, within
the C-36 zone.
MOVED: Nancy Rollman - wall signs to be limited to 18
square feet, as per code regulations. A freestanding sign
is to be located in the landscape island along the north
boundary of the driveway. The maximum total for both
freestanding signs shall be 175 square feet.

A proponent or protestant of record may appeal a final decision
of the Old Encinitas Community Advisory Board (CAB) by filing the
appeal within ten (10) working days after the hearing through the
office of the City Clerk, City of Encinitas, 527 Encinitas
8 Boulevard, Encinitas 92024.
