5. PUBLIC HEARINGS
A. 87-007-TPM - Tentative Parcel Map - Steve Webb,
applicant, for dividing one approximately 30,200 sq.ft.
lot into two lots approximately 13,700 sq.ft. and
16,500 sq. ft. in size, within the RS-4 zone located at
1154 Wotan Drive.
Motion Tony Kauflin - approve resolution as per staff
recommendations, with the exception of condition
requiring street and sidewalk improvements.

that gravel roof be removed to match pitch of roof

C. 87-050-DR/MUP - Design Review and Amendment of a Major
Use Permit - Paul Rotsheck, applicant, for construction
of n approximately 12,000 sq.ft. commercial center
within the C-42 zone, located at the southeast corner
of Encinitas Blvd. and Old Highway 101.

7. ADJOURNMENT
A proponent or protestant of record may appeal a final decision
of the Old Encinitas Community Advisory Board (CAB) by filing the
appeal within ten (10) working days after the hearing through the
office of the City Clerk, City of Encinitas, 527 Encinitas
Boulevard, Encinitas 92024.
