5. PUBLIC HEARINGS
A. 87-055-DR - Design Review - Miguel Elias and James
Hirschberg, applicants, for the proposed construction
of a duplex on a presently vacant site located on the
west side of 4th Street between D and E Streets, within
the RV-15 zone.
Motion - Nancy Rollman - Continue for design
modification and additional environmental
review.
Second - Peter Tobias
Ayes - Harry Couglar, Tony Kauflin, Peter Tobias
B. 87-040-DR - Design Review - Steve Lilburn, applicant,
for an addition of a second unit on a site presently
containing a single family dwelling located at 735 4th
Street, within the RV-15 zone.
Motion - Peter Tobias - Continue to October 22nd

7. ADJOURNMENT
A proponent or protestant of record may appeal a final decision
of the New Encinitas Community Advisory Board (CAB) by filing the
appeal within ten (10) working days after the hearing through the
office of the City Clerk, City of Encinitas, 527 Encinitas
Boulevard, Encinitas 92024.
