RESOLUTION NO. L 88-13
A RESOLUTION OF THE LEUCADIA COHHUNITY ADVISORY BOARD
OF THE CITY OF ENCINITAS APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION FOR FINAL
-- HAP APPLICATION 88-104 FH TO ALLOW FOR A THREE LOT
SUBDIVISION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 991 SIDONIA STREET;
KNOWN AS: Parcel 4 of PH 320 which is a part of lot 27 Passiflora
Acres, Hap No. 2355, San Diego County, California
WHEREAS, William J. Brown appl ied for a time extension to
allow for processing of Final Map 88-104 FM (County #18371)to allow
for a three lot subdivision for property located at 991 Sidonia
Street; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted on application 88-
104FM, on April 14, 1988 by the Leucadia Community Advisory Board,
at which time all persons desiring to be heard were heard; and,
WHEREAS, evidence was submitted and considered to include

without limitation:
1. The application submitted by william J. Brown including
all plans for development and other written information,
which were reviewed as part of the hearing; and
2. The staff report dated April 8, 1988 which was reviewed
as part of the hearing; and
3. Oral information submitted at the hearing; and
4. Additional written documentation.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Leucadia Community
Advisory Board of the City of Encinitas hereby approves Time
--- Extension application 88-104 FM subject to the following
condition:
A. All prior approvals made by the County of San Diego
in reference to this application (County TPM 18371)
are in full force and effect.
B. A Coastal Permit or finding of exemption must be
obtained from the California Coastal Commission prier
to building permit issuance.
C. This approval will expire on August 15, 1988, after
the approval of this project unless the conditions
have been met or an extension has been approved by
the Authorized Agency.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of April, 1988, by the
following vote, to wit:
Ayes: Eldon, Dean, Goldstein, Harwood, Reed
