Motion: Board Member Grajek - To approve the application with
the following modifications and added conditions to the
Resolution:
- deletion of the last sentence of condition #4 which
reads: "garage conversions are prohibited unless
replacement covered off-street parking is provided

reads: "Conversions of such quarters into an accessory
apartment is permitted provided all zoning and structural
requirements are met;
- add condition #17 to read: "For the life of the Use

next regularly scheduled meeting of this community
Advisory Board to be held January 7, 1991.
