ENVIRONMENTAL
STATUS: Exempt per section 15311, Class 11a of
CEQA.
Motion: Board Member Beck - To approve 90-189 ADP and adopt
the resolution of approval with the following modifications:
- the permitted color shall be changed from white to ivory;
- the white trim shall be painted to match the existing
. wood fascia;
- 14" shall be the maximum letter height;

. - 30 milliamps shall be the maximum intensity allowed for
lighting;
- separate, non-illuminated, wood or wood-like, non-glossy

further review and to clarify issues associated with the
permitted square footage of accessory storage buildings.

1990.
Motion: Board Member Graj ek- To approve the minutes from
the meeting of September 17, 1990 with the following
revision:
1) Item 6A/90-072-ADP - the conditions within the
motion shall read as follows:
- signs on the fascia are to be one color (ivory
or white)
- canister signs will be prohibited
- variety in the letter styles will be allowed
- dormer can have 3 colors
. - no multicoloring on fascia
- two lines of lettering will be allowed on the
dormers

A. Holiday schedule
Linda Niles informed the Board that their regular meeting
schedule would not be modified during the month of
December and January. The meetings will be December 3,
1990 and January 7, 1991.
9. BUSINESS
Linda Niles informed the Board that effective the first of the
, year she will not be staffing the New Encinitas Community
~.
'i8 Advisory Board; Craig Olson will be the new staff person.

10. ADJOURNMENT
Motion: Board Member White - To adjourn at 8:35 P.M. to the
next regularly scheduled meeting of this Community
Advisory Board to be held December 3, 1990.
