with the following conditions:
- Facia is to be one color (ivory or white).
- Canister signs will be prohibited.
- Variety in the letter styles will be allowed.
- Dormer can have 3 colors.
. - No multicoloring on bands or pedestrian signs.
- 2 lines will be allowed on the dormers.
- A symbol logo in one different color will be allowed.
Cannot be internally lit.

- Sign letter styles and a uniform color.

lit).
- Upper story vs. lower story signs.
- Modification of window signage.
- Sign materials (need to use wood, stucco, tiles).
- Back parking lot monument sign.

extension for an additional 6 months.
