LOCATION: 477 N. EI Camino Real
DESCRIPTION: Modification to the existing Major Use
Permit to allow the temporary placement
of a magnetic resonance mobile trailer.
ENVIRONMENTAL
STATUS: Exempt per CEQA Section 15303(e).
Motion: Board Member Quinn - To recommend approval of
the modification of the major use permit at the North
. Coast Health Center to the Planning Commission with these
measures to be followed:

- Delete the mural proposed to be painted on the
. trailer.
- Match trailer skirt and canopy materials.
- That a covenant be recorded agreeing to a N¡S
easement across the property.
- Trailer to be located in the northeast corner of the
rear parking lot.
- Area surrounding trailer be landscaped with trees
which are similar or same type of species as the
existing vegetation in the parking areas as shown
on the plans with at least 4 trees added to the rear
of the trailer. Trailer must be well maintained and
have a neat exterior appearance. Planters shall
also be placed around the trailer to screen the
skirt.
