Motion: Alan Razovsky - To approve the minutes for the
meeting of September 19, 1988, with the
following revision:
Change "August 7, 1988" to "September 7, 1988".

APPLI CANT: PAC TEL CELLULAR
LOCATION: 290 Via Cantebria
DESCRIPTION: Minor Use Permit to allow a 115 foot
tall antenna for a cellular mobile
access site; Design Review to allow
the support structure; and
Environmental Review to determine if
there are any potential impacts to the
site.
ENVIRONMENTAL
STATUS: Negative Declaration pending
certification.

Motion: Bill Quinn - To recommend approval of
the Minor Use Permit with the addition
of conditions to require a dedication
8 of open space for the northern portion
of the site; and to limit the height
of the antenna to 95' above the
ground, 8 whip antennas, 1 microwave
dish no greater than 4' in diameter,
and any other items to be placed on
pole will be at the discretion of the
Planning Director unless under the
jurisdiction of the California Public
utilities Commission.
