DESCRIPl'ION: Major Use Permit and Design Review for
a mini-warehouse addition to an
existing shopping center.
ENVIRONMENTAL
STATUS: Exempt per CEQA Section 15301 (e) (2)
in that the total addition will be
less than 5,000 square feet.
Motion: Colgan - To continue hearing item 88-216 MUP/DR
to a Community Advisory Board hearing on October 17, 1983
to allow applicant to submit following information:
1} Detailed building elevations showing architectural
features of storage building, roof top mechanical
equipment if proposed, and trash enclosure.
2} Detailed site plan showing parking lot layout and
circulation plan, dimensions between buildings, and
proposed drainage flows.
3} Color/materials board.
4} sign Plan.
5} Describe amount and type of resistant landscaping to
be installed.
6} Describe or show security system to be proposed.
7} Show a rough cross section showing elevation changes
of the three nearest mobilehome units.
8} Public road right-of-way study.

Motion: Bagg - To continue hearing item 88-217 DR to a
Community Advisory Board II hearing on October 17, 1988
with the following changes:
1) Suggest applicant submit application and plans for a
Boundary Adjustment to eliminate triplex plans and
replace with duplexes.
2} Require applicant submit new set of color elevations
8 showing Scheme I, 20 dwelling units (10 duplex
structures) as represented in conceptual drawing
presented to Board at hearing.
3} Suggest applicant bring in alternative deck railing
plans due to concerns of child safety.
