1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Community Advisory Board Members Present:
Lester Bagg, Charles Colgan, Alan Razovsky, William Quinn.
Cary Barton arrived at 8:00 p.m. Charles Colgan served as
Chairman for the meeting.
Community Advisory Board Members Absent:

2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
3. ANNOUNCEMENTS
Staff requested concurrences that plans as shown for
monumentation for the McMillian subdivision are in
conformance with those as approved by the Board.
Motion: Quinn-Determining the walls for Bridgewater homes
in Scott's Valley subdivision are in substantial
conformance with those reviewed in Design Review.

meetings of May 16, 1988 and June 20, 1988.

request of applicant to bring in more

Design Review for an addition to a
sanctuary to allow for increased
seating capacity and placement of
temporary facilities (trailers) for
church use.

STATUS: Negative declaration pending
certification.
Motion: Bagg - To recommend approval of the request
to the Planning Commission with specific
conditions that there be a three year time
period at which time applicant must return
to extend the major use permit and that
annexation to the Cardiff Sanitation
District be established.
