The New Encinitas Community Advisory Board of the City of
Encinitas held a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday,
September 23, 1987 at 7:00 p.m.

I. 87-056DR DESIGN REVIEW
1) Motion by Bagg, seconded by Razovsky to approve
design review of 4 model homes and one parking
area to be located on lots 31-35, as shown on
Design Review application 87-056 DR.

Colgan - Aye
Quinn - Aye
Razovsky - Aye
. 2) Motion by Razovsky, seconded by Colgan to continue
design review for remainder of project, to allow
applicant to submit additional and alternative
information.
