A RESOLUTION OF THE NEW ENCINITAS COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD
OF THE CITY OF ENCINITAS
8 RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF APPLICATION 88-026 MUP MOD;
A MODIFICATION OF MAJOR USE PERMIT P73-61
TO ALLOW FOR A RECYCLING CENTER FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
135 NORTH EL CAMINO REAL
KNOWN AS: A PORTION OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE
NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST
1/4 OF SECTION 14 TOWNSHIP 13
SOUTH, RANGE 4 WEST SBM
WHEREAS, The city of Encinitas applied for approval to
amend Major Use Permit P73-61 as Application 88-026 MUP MOD to
operate a recycling center located at 135 North El Camino Real;
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted on application
88-026 MUP MOD on February 1, 1988 and March 7, 1988 by the New
Encinitas Community Advisory Board, at which time all persons
/"';;;, desiring to be heard were heard.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the New Encinitas
Community Advisory Board of the city of Encinitas that the
attached resolution is recommended to be approved by the
Planning Commission of the city of Encinitas.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March, 1988, by the
