Public hearing for a proposed Major Use Pennit, Coastal Development Pennit, and Environmental Initial Assessment for the legalization of a previous conversion of greenhouses to a packing plant for agricultura1/horticultural products as derIDed in Chapter 30.16.040 of the Encinitas Municipal Code, along with an associated family day care facility for employee children within an existing single-family dwelling. LOCATION: 1613 Lake Drive. CASE NO.: 95-078 MUP/CDPÆIA; APPLICANT: The Green House; ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Negative Declaration pending certification; CONTACT PERSON: Senior Planner Cuniden. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive public testimony, review project design issues discussed in staff report, and recommend that the Planning Commission adopt the draft resolution with findings and conditions as presented by staff, or as modified by the Board, denying application 95- 078 MUP/CDPÆIA. Motion: Boardmember Sarkozy - To recommend that the Planning Commission adopt the draft resolution denying Case # 95-078 MUP/CDPIEIA based upon the fmdings presented by 8 staff in the draft resolution. BUSINESS None AD J 0 URNMENT Meeting to be adjourned to the next regularly scheduled meeting to be held Tuesday, April 23, 1996. Motion: Boardmember Sarkozy - To adjourn at 7:35 pm to the next regularly scheduled meeting of April 23, 1996. Vulcan Ave, Encinitas, CA.
