waiver, and coastal development permit. CASE NUMBER: 95-114 TPWV A.v AIVER/CDP; APPLICANT:
Blid; LOCATION: 955 Grange Hall Rd; ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Exempt from environmental
review pursuant to Section 15315 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
STAFF RECOM1vŒNDATION: Receive public testimony, review project design issues discussed in
staff report, and adopt the draft resolution with findings as presented by staff or as modified by the
Board denying application 95-114 TPWVA.vAIVER/CDP.
Motion: Boardmember Fullwood - To deny the application in accordance with the findings
presented by staff in the draft resolution.

3. Public hearing on a proposed variance request to allow a proposed addition to an existing single-family

NUMBER: 95-170V; APPLICANT: Crickmore; LOCATION: 344 Liverpool;
ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Exempt ITom environmental review pursuant to Sect. 15301 (e) of
the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
STAFF RECOM1vŒNDATION: Receive public testimony, review project design issues discussed in
staff report, and adopt the draft resolution with findings and conditions as presented by staff or as
modified by the Board approving variance application 95-170 V.
Motion: Boardmember Fullwood - To approve application 95-170V in accordance with the
findings and conditions presented by staff in the draft resolution.
