7. REPORTS/GENERAL DISCUSSION
A. Leucadia Traffic Issues - General discussion of traffic
and circulation issues within the Leucadia Community
Advisory Board area.
8. ADJOURNMENT
At said hearing, any interested persons may present
testimony orally or in writing Under California Government
Code section 65009, if you challenge the nature of the
proposed action in court, you may be limited to raising only
those issues you or someone else raised at the public
hearing described in this notice or written correspondence
delivered to the City at or prior to the public hearing.
A proponent or protestant of record may appeal a final
decision of the Leucadia Community Advisory Board to the
Planning Commission by filing the appeal within ten (10)
working days after the hearing through the office of the
City Clerk, 527 Encinitas Boulevard, Encinitas, 92024.
