Board area.

A proponent or protestant of record may appeal a final decision
of the Leucadia Community Advisory Board to the Planning
Commission by filing the appeal within ten (10) working days
after the hearing through the office of the City Clerk, 527
Encinitas Boulevard, Encinitas, 92024.
