CASE NUMBER: 88-319 MIN MOD APPLICANT: Weidner's Begonia Gardens LOCATION: 595 Normandy Road DESCRIPl'ION: Modification of existing Minor Use Permit to reflect existing developed conditions and a request to amend previously required conditions. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Exempt per CEQA Section 15301 Motion: Michael Goldstein - To approve the project pursuant to the draft resolution with the following conditions added: 1. Hours of delivery to be 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday and none on Sunday. 8 2. Move the soil steaming operation further north and attempt to incorporate into this operation a filtration system or a venting system in order to lessen the impact of the operations. 3. The service road shall meet the requirements of the Fire Department for accessibility; large trucks shall be permitted to use the road in either direction to facilitate maneuvering of vehicles and delivery of products or materials 4. The applicant shall return within six months to the Board to demonstrate that efforts have been made to alleviate operating impacts to the adjacent residential area to the south. .
