Oral comments (maximum of three minutes) will be heard from
persons who submit a white slip to the chairperson. No action
may legally be taken on such non-agenda items, such items will
be referred to the Planning staff.

8 6. APPROVAL AND ADOPTION OF CONSENT CALENDAR
Items on the Consent Calendar are routine matters and there
will be no discussion unless an item is removed from the
Consent Calendar. Items removed by a "Request to Speak" form
submitted from the public will be handled immediately
following adoption of the Consent Calendar. Items removed by
a Commissioner will be handled at the end of the agenda.
