Staff announcement to public that the "Leucadia Boulevard connection" issue was incorrectly left off the agenda for 9-29-88 and that the Community Advisory Board may by a 4/5 vote place the l.ssue on the agenda to be discussed by the Board either before or after the public hearing. B. Motion: Michael Goldstein - to place on the agenda that the Board discuss Leucadia Boulevard and what impact it might have under the draft Circulation Element of the Draft General Plan.
