Diemutt Heller spoke to the Community Advisory Board
requesting action be initiated toward the adoption of
regulations limiting the height of view obscuring vegetation.
Planner Weedman met with Ms. Diemutt to give direction.

A. Approval of Minutes from meeting(s) of September 7, 1989.

Motion: Douglas Harwood - Approve minutes with the
following corrections:
1. Show staff members Cindy Carlson and Linda Niles as
present.
2. Itemize the topics discussed at the conclusion of
hearing.
3. Show member Kaden as making the motion which carried
for 89-036 DR (Chris Alley).

8 A. Discussion of meeting schedule for holiday season. One
meeting, on December 7,1989, will be held in December. There
will be no other meeting until January 4, 1990. No other
special meetings are scheduled.
