CASE NUMBER: 88-333-DR/MIN APPLICANT: Ron Wilkerson LOCATION: 1231 Orpheus Avenue DESCRIPTION: Community Advisory Board compliance review of the conditions of approval associated with the approved Design Review and Minor Use Permit No. 88-333 -DR/MIN which allowed a bicycle ramp as an accessory structure in the R-3 Zone. Continued from the meeting of May 25, 1989. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Exempt per Section 15311 of CEQA. Motion: Board Member Kaden - To allow the applicant 30 days (August 6, 1989) in which to complete the conditions of approval, if the conditions have not been met by that time the item should be scheduled for the next available agenda for 8 compliance review.
