a bicycle ramp as an accessory structure
in the R-3 Zone. Continued from the
meeting of May 25, 1989.

STATUS: Exempt per Section 15311 of CEQA.
Motion: Board Member Kaden - To allow the applicant 30 days
(August 6, 1989) in which to complete the conditions of
approval, if the conditions have not been met by that time the
item should be scheduled for the next available agenda for
