LOCATION: Property bounded by Saxony Road on the

DESCRIPTION: 19-1ot subdivision; planned residential
development to allow for 18 single family
lots ranging in size from 32,700 to 48,000
square feet with an open space lot of
approximately 26 acres.

Motion: Board Member Karen Kaden - To recommend approval of

the board, and to recommend no waiver from the
