DESCRIPTION: 19-1ot subdivision; planned residential
development to allow for 18 single family lots
ranging in size from 32,700 to 48,000 square feet
with an open space lot of approximately 26 acres.
ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Pending determination.

item to April 13, 1989, in order to allow
the applicant to submit more materials for
CAB review.
