DESCRIPTION: Design Review and Minor Use Permit to allow for
outdoor skateboard ramp.
ENVIRONMENTAL
STATUS: Exempt per CEQA Section 15311
Motion: Bill Dean - To adopt the draft resolution with the
following changes: to limit the maximum number of users of the
subject skateboard map to ten (10) at any given time, to
require that the on-site avocado trees be fertilized and
trimmed of dead-wood, to require that the applicant secure a
building permit within 30 days of this approval, and to
require that the applicant return to the Community Advisory
Board within 120 days from the date of this approval in order
to verify compliance with the conditions of this approval.
