Motion: Board Member Kaden - To approve Case No. 88-353
MUP/DR/EIA with the following conditions:
1. Landscape front of property with palms with a minimum
height of 8 feet and bougainvillea. Bougainvillea to be
planted along south property line as well.
2. Screen trash dumpster from public view.
3. Connect into public sewer system within 60 days.
4. Replace dead bougainvillea on east and south property
lines.
