Variance to allow drainage facility to be
constructed over coastal bluff; variance
to permit construction of retaining walls
over four(4) feet in height which would
encroach into required forty(40) foot
bluff top (rear yard) setback.

Motion: Board Member Shur - To amend the motion approving
case No. 89-282 DR/V/EIA requiring that at such time an area-
wide drainage system becomes available, subject site shall
connect to said system if deemed appropriate by the Director
8 of Public Works. A covenant shall be recorded against the
property requiring such participation.
