Motion: Board Member Karen Kaden - To approve 89-257 TPM with
the following conditions:
1) Require a drainage system that would be responsible
for handling and disposing of only surface water
that originates within the subdivision.
2) The applicant shall relinquish access along Hermes
except for the twenty foot width created by the
panhandle of Parcel B. An easement shall be created
allowing Parcel A to receive access across the
panhandle of Parcel B.
