The Public Hearing on Community Character was opened and the
following speakers were heard:

8 - Pedestrian paths around school and railroad areas
- Drainage problems, curb cuts, gutters and roads
- Illegal dumping - enforcement problem
- Size of staff
- Items regarding Community Character are not specif ic
enough
Motion: Board Member Alice Jacobson - To continue further
discussion matters to the next regularly scheduled meeting of
May 10, 1990.
