Resolution for Don Rady, 4-lot subdivision 89-258 TPM. Motion: Board Member Karen Kaden - To accept and adopt the Consent Calendar with the following revision: that the minutes of February 8, 1990 reflect for the record the stated commitment on the part of the applicant, Don Rady, to save all the trees possible in the development of Case No. 89-258 TPM. CASE NUMBER: 89-263 V APPLICANT: Heirich/Chandler LOCATION: 316 Leucadia Boulevard DESCRIPTION: Variances for the construction of a proposed fence to 8' in height, to allow 8 parking in the front yard setback and encroachment into the front yard setback by the construction of a proposed carport. CC/04/CAB18-1677wp52(2-28-90/2)2 8 ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Exempt per section 15303(a) of CEQA. Motion: Board Member Allen Shur - To approve the variance to allow a wooden fence to up to a maximum height of 6 feet and to deny the variance which would allow encroachment of the carport and parking within the front yard setback. Second: Board Member Karen Kaden Vote: Ayes - Kaden, Jacobson, Locko, Shur Nays - None Absent - John Eldon Abstain - None B. CASE NUMBER: 89-289 V APPLICANT: Craig Jones LOCATION: 755 Puebla Street DESCRIPTION: Variance for a second story addition to an existing structure which would encroach into the front yard setback. 8 ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Exempt per section 15303(a) of CEQA. Motion: Board Member Karen Kaden - To approve the variance to allow the encroachment of a second story addition into the required front yard setback with the following condition: that the applicant provide a minimum of two 15 gallon trees located property along Puebla Street side of the property. Second: Board Member Alice Jacobson Vote: Ayes - Kaden, Jacobson, Locko, Shur Nays - None Absent - John Eldon Abstain - None 8. COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD/PLANNER REPORTS Informational Items - No action to be taken. 1. Assistant Planner Jones gave updates on the Coco Palms MUP Case and the Herbert Jacobs appeal, both before the Planning Commission on February 15, 1990. 2. The Community Advisory Board determined that the special 8 meeting tentatively set for March 3, 1990 should be rescheduled to sometime in the future. 9.
