Review.
NOTE: Due to a recent Code amendment, this
application no longer requires a hearing
before the Leucadia Community Advisory Board.
It will proceed directly to the Planning
Commission.
Motion: Board Member Eldon - To refer Case No. 91-025 MUP/EIA
t to the Planning commission due to a recent code amendment to
the Coastal Development Process that no longer requires CAB
hearing for seawalls.

By consensus, the Board requested that "Discussion of Specific
Issues at CAB I Hearings to Better Assist Applicants" be
placed on the next agenda.
9. ADJOURNMENT
Motion: Board Member Eldon - To adjourn at 9:10 P.M. to the
next regularly scheduled meeting of this Community
Advisory Board to be held August 22, 1991.
