TM/EIA to the meeting of August 22, 1991 to allow the
applicant and staff time to address the following issues:

Motion: Board Member Buck - To recommend approval of
Case No. 91-085 MUP and to allow the applicant use of
2,175 sq. ft~ of restaurant space to start business
(including the sale of alcoholic beverages) as soon as
possible as long as the off-site lot is restriped to
provide 29 spaces and 8 tandem spaces in conjunction with
a valet program during all business hours and with the
provision that the additional square footage of the
restaurant cannot be utilized until all landscaping is
put in place and sufficient parking provided. That the
landscaping and other on-site improvements be completed
within 90 days. The applicant must also obtain an
encroachment permit or a waiver from the Public Works
Department.

to return with an operations plan addressing the
following issues:

to mitigate visual impact;
